I dropped a pants size already!

I just started training with Lynn and have already lost 1 pants size! The CrossFit program & Lynn are amazing!

It has given me so much confidence in my workouts - a lot of things I've completed (& survived I might add) I would have never attempted before! Her instructions and focus on 'doing it right' are just what I need!

I am so excited she'll be doing WOD's!!! Can't wait to get sweating!
