Our Self Defense & Fitness curriculum is very popular. These programs have effectively integrated the most critical skills needed for realistic self defense while blending an incredible strength, conditioning and flexibility workout. The program blends kicking, punching, standup skills and ground defense into a high energy killer workout.
The fitness facility includes 5,000 sq ft of mat space, Hammer Strength weight training equipment, a Crossfit Gym, kickboxing and boxing facilities and a full size MMA Cage.
This program is great for beginners and advanced students.
