Third Degree Black Belt Dustin "Clean" Denes will be conducting a 3 hour seminar at The Armory on Saturday, February 18th. We will be adding Real World Self Defense Courses to The Armory calendar:
Thursday at 10:00 am
Saturday at 8:00 am.

Officer and SWAT Team Leader Scott Duquette will be sharing his 18 years plus of experience as a high end Operator and highly respected instructor in the armed and unarmed self defense world. Officer Scott Duquette's knowledge and presentation in these classes will be a treat for all that attend - a great workout, techniques that are incredibly effective and easy to recall. These classes will instill a level of confidence in all seeking solid, practical self defense tools.

Edson won KO of the Night and Fight of the Night! Talk about making a guys day. He was awesome in the cage Saturday night and the game plan went as planned. He felt strong, confident and he had a chance to finally show off some of his BJJ sweeps with the takedowns that Terry Etim hit. Terry’s wrestling and takedowns were pretty darn good. Edson spectacularly ended the fight with a around the house style wheel kick! The fight will likely go down in UFC history and be shown on nearly every highlight reel in the future!

Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning Seminar

Joe Mullings will be conducting a Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning seminar using the same tools and techniques he uses on the Pro Fighters. All cutting edge stuff.

This is open to all members of The Armory. There will be limited seating however. First come first confirmed gets a seat.

Junior faced a very tough Ross Pearson, TUF Show winner, at UFC 134. It was a three round war with Junior coming out on top. In addition, for the second time in a row, Junior earns Fight of the Night!
